HTI-101

Research by a team of scientists from a major US academic institution led to a mechanistic discovery explaining that obesity-related hypertension is linked to obesity, insulin dysregulation, and excessive sodium reabsorption and concurrent water reabsorption.  HTI has exclusive rights to the IP surrounding a novel low-dose small molecule combination treatment (HTI-101) for this phenomenon. Leveraging its long term strategic development and regulatory relationship with Cato Research, as well as critical input received from the FDA, HTI recently completed an initial Phase 2 clinical trial of HTI-101 in obese individuals with mild to moderate treatment-resistant hypertension  HTI is now seeking a strategic partner for development and commercialization of HTI-101 for obesity-related hypertension.
